The massive 70m2 living room of this Holiday house is perfect for family events, holidays or parties. The large rooms of the ground floor are friendly and warm. The living room in particular is equiped with a stove, a large table, chairs and a sofa that can confortably receive up to 25 persons.


The présence of the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs combines intimacy and confort.


Located 2 kilometers away from the center of Argenton les Vallées, also called Argentonnay, the holiday house Le Porteau offers both quiteness and all basic services. The charmfull village of Argentonnay has many beautifull strolling paths, a nice outdoor swimming pool, a lake, a convenience store, and much more.


The fully equiped terrasse, accessible directly from the kitchen offers a nice view on the landscape. It makes it possible to enjoy bright morning sun and barbecue parties from springtime untill fall. Further equipments such as table tennis and foosball table lend themselves very well to moments of fun at all time.
